Who we are

We're a Graphic Design Company located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Our Graphic Designers are highly experienced at conceptualizing and creating strong/memorable brands and campaigns. Our focus is not only on our client's brands, products, and services, but on how their customers react to the materials we create.

Many Graphic Design Companies in Toronto are unable to offer the wide range of services which we here at PolyVector strive on, however our team of precision focused Graphic Designers, under the guidance of Adam Evans (our Creative Director) produce magnificent results.

Our Mission is to create immersive and compelling graphic arts to develop our client's brands and best represent their products and services.

Our Process:

i) Analyzing Objectives
Here we determine the key objectives of the project. Be it to drive up product or brand awareness, or create an entirely new brand/identity. The key objectives are identified and from that our sales consultants are able to develop a strategy to achieve such goals. Often this stage may involve a project manager or our Creative Director.

ii) Preparing and Delivering Proposal

Based on the objectives and project requirements our consultants will prepare a proposal which breaks down the criteria of the project and its estimated cost. This process typically requires 24-48 hours after the pre-sales stages. The proposal may be delivered to our clients by Fax or Email.

iii) Project Agreement and Guidelines

If the estimate and project criteria is agreeable our consultants push the proposal to our Billing Department. From there an invoice and project agreement (contract) is set in place. The contract includes criteria, cost, payment terms and project timeline. The agreement may be sent and returned by Fax or Email.

iv) Acquiring Data and Materials

Once the agreement is returned with initial deposit a Project Manager, or Creative Director is assigned to the project and he/she will send a request for any relevant data or materials to the client. This may include existing media, branding materials (logos..etc), written copy...etc. It may be delivered in person, by portable media (CD, DVD, USB), or digital copy by email.

v) Design Stages

With all materials in order we begin the initial design stages. A single, or several completed drafts are shown to the Client, and at this point the client has the option to provide feedback. Once feedback is received the Project Manager instructs our design team to make any necessary revisions as per feedback received.

It is the responsibility of the Creative Director to make additional recommendations in this stage to ensure that the design does not steer away from the initial objectives established in (i).
